I first watched the Babylon 5 TV show smeared over 5 years three decades ago! It was enjoyable, and notable for the visuals, references between episodes, and Internet communities. But you had to catch the episodes when they aired, either directly or on your VCR.
Having digitized my DVDs, I have finally been able to binge watch the whole show again, while on the treadmill.
Wow.
It was so much better than I remembered. I was always eager to know what happens next, and was delighted at all the forward and backward references. The story telling depth and breadth was staggering. Sadly I have finished the watch, and felt I had to say something.
